We will issue a full product refund if you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your new AIRTUG within 30 days of your purchase date. We pride ourselves in producing the #1 rated aircraft tugs in the industry and look forward to the opportunity to earn your business.

We will have the Airtug picked up and returned. You will only be responsible for the return freight cost. Once received and inspected, we will immediately refund the original purchase price and original freight cost. IMPORTANT: The tug needs to be returned in the same condition as it was received, less normal wear and tear of testing.

IMPORTANT: All shipments outside of the U.S. are warranted the same except all freight and custom fees are charged additionally.

Engine & Parts Warranty – air tug power tows

Airtug® warrants all tugs for 1 year.

Engines are warranted by the engine manufacturer for one year.
