You need to check out our NFE-4 aircraft tug! You will love this powerful, compact machine which is, ideally, suited for Cirrus Aircraft as well as for most nose-fairing aircraft and other castering or non-castering nose-wheel aircraft up to 4,000 pounds. The engine of the NFE-4 utilizes a quiet 24-volt electric motor and comes with two batteries and an on-board Smart Battery charger.
The NFE-4 tug is intended to make the parking/maneuvering/positioning of private and commercial aircraft virtual, child’s play. What was once ‘effort’ turns into ‘ease’ where a single-operator allows the NFE-4 to guide aircraft into, even, the smallest of spaces with absolute precision.
The lifting of the nose-wheel is effortless. Just attach the small tow-bar to the aircraft and winch the tow-bar/nose-wheel onto the raised platform, and the NFE-4 is ready to take over! The control of the NFE-4 is based on its unique ‘thumb-throttle’ system that utilizes an electric transaxle w/differential. The ‘return-to-brake’ feature prevents any unintentional movement of the craft upon release of the thumb throttle.
